Łukowicza In Chojnica The Task Includes Construction And Installation Works, Including: A) Carrying Out The Necessary Demolition Works Of The Existing Infrastructure, B) Constructing An Embankment Under The Landing Pad And Construction Of An Access Road And Hardened Surfaces, C) Marking The Pad And The Landing Area, D) Constructing A Power Supply System And Control Of The Landing Strip Installations, E) Constructing Day And Night Marking Of The Landing Pad, F) Installing Navigation Lighting Helipad With Power Grids, G) Installation Of A Glide Path Indicator Light And An Identification Luminaire, H) Installation Of A Ground-Based Wind Direction Indicator, I) Installation Of A Control And Monitoring System Enabling Switching On Lighting Systems And Navigation Aids From The Hospital Emergency Department And Viewing The Landing Area, J) Installation Of A Radio Controller System Enabling Switching On Lighting Systems And Navigation Aids From The Helicopter Deck. K) Construction Of A Fence, 2) Development Of The Necessary Formal Documentation And Obtaining, No Later Than On The Date Of Final Acceptance, All Necessary Administrative Decisions And Formal Permits Enabling The Operation And Use Of The Helipad (The Ordering Party Will Grant The Contractors Representative An Appropriate Power Of Attorney), Including: A) Preparation Of The Helipad Operational Manual And Agreement With The Air Emergency Service And The Polish Air Navigation Services Agency; B) Development Of The Landing Rescue Plan And Coordination With The Air Rescue Service; C) Obtaining The Decision Of The President Of The Civil Aviation Office On Entering The Landing Site In The Register Of Landing Sites Kept By The Civil Aviation Office; D) Obtaining A Positive Helipad Inspection Protocol By The Air Ambulance Service And, In Consultation With The Ordering Party, Organizing And Coordinating The Training Of The Ordering Partys Technical And Medical Staff In The Operation Of The Helipad. The Subject Of The Order Was Not Divided Into Parts. The Ordering Party, Acting In Accordance With The Principle Of Efficient Spending Of Funds And Taking Into Account The Specific Nature Of The Works, Informs That The Order Has Not Been Divided Into Parts. The Order In Question Is A Coherent Investment Requiring Coordination Of Interdependent, Multi-Discipline Works. Moreover, A Possible Division Of The Order Into Parts Would Pose The Risk Of Generating Excessive Technical And Organizational Difficulties, E.G. Related To The Need To Coordinate The Activities Of Many Contractors.
