The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Consisting In Improving The Energy Efficiency Of The Building Of The Youth Cultural Center In Jasło As Part Of The Task Entitled Increasing The Energy Efficiency Of Public Buildings In Jasło County - Building 2: Youth Cultural Center In Jasło.2. The Works Will Be Carried Out In The Building Located At Ul. Jana Pawła Ii 8, 38-200 Jasło, On Plot No. 1977/7, Precinct 08 Centrum, Registration Unit Jasło - City.3. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Performance Of Construction, Sanitary And Electrical Works In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, This Description Of The Subject Of The Order And Applicable Law.4. Scope Of The Order: 1) Construction Works, Including In Particular: A) Preparatory And Demolition Works; B) Insulation Of The Main Roof And The Intermediate Roof, Together With A Roof Membrane Covering With A Total Area Of Approximately 487 M²; C) Insulation Of A Single-Slope Roof Along With A Trapezoidal Sheet Covering With An Area Of Approximately 79 M²; D) Renovation Of Chimneys; E) Replacement Of Roof Drainage Elements, Including Gutters And Pipes Drains; F) Replacement Of Pvc Window Joinery With An Area Of Approximately 118 M² Along With Internal And External Window Sills; G) Replacement Of Door Joinery: Aluminum With An Area Of Approximately 16.12 M², Pvc With An Area Of Approximately 2.15 M²; H) Insulation Of External Walls With A Façade Plaster With An Area Of Approximately 974 M²;I) Insulation Of Foundation Walls With An Area Of Approximately 136 M²; J) Renovation Of The Ramp For People With Special Needs, Roofing And Entrance Platform. 2) Sanitary Works, Including In Particular: A) Replacement Of The Central Heating Installation (Without Replacing The Boiler); B) Modernization Of The Domestic Hot Water Installation (Removal Of The Capacitive Water Heater, Installation Of A Storage Water Heater, Expansion Vessel And Charging Pump) Attention! The Design Documentation For The Sanitary Industry Includes A Scope Of Work Broader Than That Planned For Implementation Under This Order. 3) Electrical Works, Including In Particular: A) Construction Of A Lightning Protection System; B) Delivery And Assembly Of A Photovoltaic Installation With An Energy Storage Facility.5. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Is Included In The Design Documentation (Annex No. 5 To The Swz), In The Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Annex No. 6 To The Swz) And In The Draft Agreement (Annex No. 7 To The Swz).
