The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of Retention Reservoirs In The Area Of Ul. Piastowska In Krotoszyn In The Design And Build Formula With A Total Area Of Approx. 510 M3. The Scope Of The Order Includes Comprehensive Implementation Of The Investment, Starting From The Development Of Full Design Documentation Along With Obtaining All Arrangements, Opinions And Administrative Decisions Required By Law, Up To The Execution Of Construction Works, Carrying Out Tests And Acceptances And Handing Over The Facility For Use. The Task Includes The Design And Construction Of Retention Reservoirs For For Temporary Storage And Controlled Discharge Of Rainwater And Meltwater. The Investment Is Aimed At Improving The Functioning Of The Stormwater Drainage System, Increasing The Retention Capacity Of The Area And Reducing The Risk Of Local Flooding And Overloading Of The Existing Stormwater Drainage Infrastructure. Scope: - Preparation Of Design Documentation Along With Obtaining The Required Permits And Administrative Decisions, - Construction Of Retention Reservoirs, - Construction Of Devices For Supplying And Discharging Rainwater, - Construction Of Regulatory And Overflow Elements, - Development Of The Area Around The Reservoirs, - Execution Of Works Accompanying And Reconstruction Works, - Carrying Out Tests, Acceptance And Commissioning. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Following Documents: - Functional And Utility Program - Annex A To The Swz; - Conceptual Diagram For The Construction Of Retention Tanks - Annex B To The Swz; - Designed Provisions Of The Contract - Annex C To The Swz. - Warranty Card Template - Annex D To The Swz; - Bill Of Quantities (Auxiliary) - Annex E To Swzthe Place Of Execution Of The Order Is In Krotoszyn At Ul. Piastowska 32, Plot Numbers 1122/5 And 1123/16. The Ordering Party Does Not Reserve The Right For The Contractor To Personally Perform Key Tasks. The Ordering Party Does Not Plan To Organize A Site Visit With His Participation.
