The Scope Of Works Covered By The Subject Of The Order Includes: • Demolition Of The Asphalt Surface, • Earthworks, • Cutting Of The Roadsides, • Dismantling Of Existing Culverts, • Construction Of Sewage From Concrete Gutters, • Construction Of A Sub-Base Of Crushed Aggregates, • Construction Of The Road Surface, • Sprinkling The Surface With Asphalt, • Construction Of Roadsides, • Surface Consolidation Of The Surface, • Tidying Up The Area. The Ordering Party Requires That: 1) Construction Works Related To Execution Of The Order Were Carried Out In A Designated Road Area, Without Violating The Property Of Third Parties (In The Event Of Violating The Property Of Third Parties, The Contractor Will Bear The Costs Of The Damage Caused), 2) The Asphalt Surface (Wearing Layer) Was Laid In A Uniform Course, 3) The Contractor Carried Out Tests Of The Load-Bearing Capacity And Compaction Of The Subgrade Before Laying The Bituminous Road Surface And Laboratory Tests Of Samples Of The Bituminous Surface And Other Materials Taken According To Indications Of The Supervision Inspector, However, Laboratory Tests Should Be Performed In A Unit Indicated By The Ordering Party Or Approved By The Ordering Party If The Testing Unit Is Indicated By The Contractor, 2.
