1.1. The Subject Of The Order Is Renovation Of The Land Development At The H. Kołłątaj School Complex No. 2 In Myszków, Located On Plot 2/11, 2/44, Będusz District.1.2. The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) Felling Of Trees, 2) Dismantling Of Existing Surfaces And Curbs, 3) Earthworks - Construction Of A Trough For The Construction Layers, 4) Construction Of A Base Made Of Soil Stabilized With C1.5/2.0 Cement, 5) Laying Of Concrete Edges On A Concrete Footing With Resistance, 6) Construction Of A Base Made Of Crushed Aggregate 0/31.5 Mm, 7) Laying Road Surface Made Of 8 Cm Thick Concrete Cubes, 8) Construction Of Roadsides From Fertile Soil Along With Sowing Grass, 1.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Attached Bill Of Quantities Constituting Annex No. 1.A To The Swz, Technical Specifications For The Execution Of Construction Works Constituting Annex 1.B To The Swz, Documentation For The Notification Of Works Constituting Annex No. 1.C To The Swz And In The Draft Contractual Provisions Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz. 1.4. Warranty And Warranty 1.4.1. For The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order, The Selected Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With A Guarantee And Warranty For A Period Consistent With The Contractors Offer, But Not Shorter Than 36 Months. 1.4.2.
