A Full Description Of The Planned Activities Is Presented In The Technical Specification And The Documentation For Participation In The Public Procurement. The Conditions Under Which The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented, As Well As The Rights And Obligations Of The Contracting Authority And The Contractor, Are According To: The Draft Contract; The Technical Specification; Project Documentation; The Contractors Technical And Price Proposal.
