The Insurance Corporation Of British Columbia (Icbc) Hereby Gives Notice That It Intends To Direct Award A Contract To Imperial Parking Canada Corporation, Located At Suite 300 – 601 West Cordova St., Vancouver, Bc, To Provide Managed Parking Services For Icbc’Snewhead Office Located At 2150 Keith Drive, Vancouver, Bc, Along With Supplemental Parking At Other Properties Within Reasonable Walking Distance Of The New Head Office. The Contract Term Is Three (3) Years. The Value Of The Contract Is Not Expected To Exceed $60,000 Plus Applicable Taxes. Parking At Icbc’S Current North Vancouver Head Office And Public Parking In The Vicinity Of 2150 Keith Drive Are Already Managed By Imperial Parking Canada Corporation (Impark). Therefore, Icbc Intends To Enter Into Negotiations With Impark And, Pending Successful Negotiations, Directly Award A Managed Parking Services Contract To Impark. This Approach Is To Support The Efficient Setup And Ongoing Management Of Parking For Employees, Contractors And Visitors At The Head Office Site And In The Direct Vicinity Where Additional Parking Will Be Required. Vendors Wishing To Object To This Decision Should Send An Email To Icbc Strategic Supply Management By Friday, July 31, 2026, At 12:00 Noon Pt With Specific Reasons For Their Objection And Citing “Noi 8655 – Managed Parking Services” In The Email Message Subject Line. Vendor Solutions And Qualifications, Compliance With B.C. Laws And The Ability To Provide The Same Products Or Same Level Of Service At A Lower Cost Will Be The Key Criteria With Regard To The Consideration Of Vendor’S Objections.
