Construction Works: - Repair Works Of Stairs And Concrete Balustrades According To The Selected System With Systemic Repair Of Exposed Reinforcement With Slopes, Water Drains And Insulation - Installation Of New External Steel Doors - Installation Of Carpet In The Hall In The Entrance Area - Installation Of A Roof Over The Entrance On The First Floor - Disassembly And Reassembly Of Suspended Ceilings On The Ground Floor After The Electrical Installation - Disassembly And Reassembly Of Stainless Steel Handrails2. Electrical Works: - Installation Of Lighting Fixtures Above The Entrance And On The Balustrade, - Installation Of An Emergency Lighting Fixture, - Installation Of A Twilight Sensor, - Replacement Of The Entire Electrical Installation And Accessories In The Stairs, Along With Connecting A New Power Supply From The Te Board And A Communication Line For Monitoring The Emergency Fixture, As Well As Necessary Construction Works, - Installation Of Halogen-Free Pvc Troughs, - Adding Security And Control In The Te Board. Stage Ii:1. Construction Works: - Disassembly Of The Door From The Main Hall To The Northern Stairs And Installation Of New External Steel Doors - Installation Of A Roof Made Of Tempered Glass Over The Entrance To The Main Hall From The Platform On The Northern Side. The Contractor Should Provide A Full Warranty For The Works Covered By The Scope Of The Order (For The Entire Order: Materials, Devices, Equipment, Labor) For A Period Of Not Less Than 60 Months (5 Years) In Accordance With The Conditions Specified In The Warranty Statement. The Warranty Period Is One Of The Criteria For Evaluating Offers.
