The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of Construction Works Consisting In The Creation Of One Single-Person Training Apartment And One Single-Person Supported Apartment Based On The Current Municipal Premises In The Town Of Krępa Kaszubska In The Nowa Wieś Lęborska Commune (Nwl). The Initiative Will Be Implemented In An Existing Single-Story Multi-Family Building (5-Unit), Which Is Planned To Be Adapted To The Needs Of People At Risk Of Social Exclusion. The Works Are Planned To Include: - Creation And Adaptation Of Two Residential Premises To The Function Of Training And Supported Housing (Including Renovation, Adaptation Of Infrastructure To The Needs Of People With Disabilities), - Equipping These Apartments With The Necessary Furniture, Household Appliances And Other Devices Ensuring Decent And Functional Living Conditions. The Detailed Scope Of Work Is Specified In The Design Documentation, Which Constitutes Annex No. 9 To This Swz. 2. The Ordering Party Allows Including In The Offer And Then Building Equivalent Solutions Involving The Use Of Materials And Devices Other Than Those Specified In The Design Documentation, Provided That All Parameters Are Not Worse Than Those Specified In This Documentation. In Such A Situation, The Ordering Party Requires, In Accordance With Art. 101 Section 5 Pzp, Submitting Appropriate Documents Confirming The Equivalence Of These Materials And Devices. Complex Above The Documents Will Be Assessed By The Author Of The Design Documentation, Who Will Prepare An Appropriate Opinion. This Opinion Will Be The Basis For The Ordering Party To Decide To Accept The Offer Or Reject It Due To The Non-Equivalence Of The Proposed Equivalent Solutions. If The Contractor Does Not Submit Documents Regarding The Use Of Other Materials And Devices In The Offer, It Is Understood That The Materials And Devices Proposed In The Design Documentation Were Included In The Calculation Of The Offer Price. The Term Parameters Means Functionality, Purpose, Colors, Structure, Type Of Material, Shape, Size, Safety, Strength And Other Parameters Assigned To Individual Materials And Devices In The Design Documentation. The Word Or Equivalent Is Added To All Names, Trademarks, Patents Or Origins Indicated In The Design Documentation. All Provisions Of The Swz Should Be Considered Together With The Technical Description Included In The Design Documentation. In A Situation Where The Requirements In The Swz Exceed The Requirements Contained In The Standards, The Provisions Contained In The Swz Apply
