The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Consisting In The Renovation And Modernization Of An Auditorium With A Stage In The Building Of The Cultural Center Complex At Ul. Wrocławska 12 In Żmigród. The Function Of The Facility Does Not Change - The Room Will Still Be Intended For Organizing Special, Spectacular And Intimate Events. The Scope Of Work Includes In Particular: - Dismantling The Existing Floor, Wainscoting, Suspended Ceiling, Lighting, Blinds, Curtain, Sound System, Radiators And Stage Elements; - Construction Of A New Floor With Vinyl Panels/Lamellas For Commercial Use, Resistant To Abrasion And Fire; - Construction Of New Plasterboard Ceilings, Soundproofing With Mineral Wool And A Black Stretch Ceiling; - Painting Walls, Stage And Finishing Elements In Accordance With The Design Documentation; - Installation Of New Led Lighting, Wall Lamps And Decorative Elements; - Adjustment And Relocation Of Elements Of The Existing Heat Recovery And Replacement Of Ventilation Grilles; - Construction Of Structures, Stage Stairs, Dj Booth And Holes For Loudspeakers; - Construction Of A New Door Opening To The Corridor Along With The Installation Of Lintels And Ei60 Doors; - Installation Of An Aluminum Truss For Stage Spotlights And Replacement/Relocation Of Radiators; - Execution Of Works Related To Accessibility, Including Steps, Balustrades And The Possibility Of Using An Overlay Ramp For People With Disabilities. The Area Covered By The Study Amounts To Approximately 329.98 M² In Total, Including An Auditorium Of 235.39 M² And A Stage Of 94.59 M². The Works Must Be Performed In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Construction Drawings, Construction Law, Occupational Health And Safety And Fire Protection Rules. And Recommendations Of The Manufacturers Of The Materials Used. The Scope Of The Order And The Offer Quote Excludes The Delivery And Installation Of Curtains, Curtains And Stage Curtains. The Contractor Should Not Include The Above. Elements In The Offer Price, Offer Cost Estimate Or Other Remuneration Components. Any Entries In The Design Or Drawing Documentation Relating To Curtains, Curtains And Stage Curtains Should Be Treated Solely As Information And Not Covered By This Order.
