The Construction Site Includes The Extension Of The Central Kitchen Of Seinäjoki Central Hospital And Modification Works For The K Building Part In Accordance With The Tender Documents. The Future Facilities Will Include A Cold Preparation Kitchen, As Well As Office And Break Rooms For The Kitchen Staff With The Necessary Ancillary Facilities. The Form Of Contract Is Shared Contract. The Construction Contractor Acts As The Main Contractor On The Site. The Main Contractor Acts As The Responsible Main Contractor As Defined By The Legislation And The Special Contract Conditions Of The Industry, Such As Yse98, And As The Contractor Responsible For The Site Management Duties. The Main Contractors Responsibilities And Obligations Can Be Found In The Attached Documents. The Main Contractor Includes The Obligations According To The Guidelines Of The Site Cleanliness Management Document P1 Regarding Protective Walls, Dust Removal, Negative Pressure, Closed Spaces, Prior Agreements With Working Building Components. In Addition To Site Management Responsibilities, The Main Contract Includes All Construction Technical Work And Procurement Of The Construction Site (Construction Contract), All Demolition Work Necessary To Complete The Work According To The Tender Documents, Including Any Restoration Work, As Well As The Necessary Construction Technical Auxiliary Work Related To Side Contracts And Hauling, Fully Completed And In All Respects Finally Operational In Accordance With The Tender Documents.
