The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Execution Of The Work By The Design Build Method, When The Work Includes: 1) Processing Of Project Documentation At The Level Of Documentation For Planning Permission For Part Of Project B), Including Engineering Activities, And Processing Of Project Documentation At The Level Of Documentation Of Construction Execution For Part Of Project A) And B) And 2) Execution Of Construction Works As Part Of The Project Called: Extension Of Libiš Elementary School No. 180. The Place Of Implementation Is The Land Of St. P. 186, Para. No. 90/6, 100/26, Water Supply Connection At Plot No. 812/1, 90/4, Storm Sewer At Plot No. 90/9, All In The Cadastral Territory Of Libiš. The Project Mainly Includes: Part A) • Primary School Extension - Three-Storey Extension Of The L Plan With Dimensions Of 37.025 X 37.125 M, In The Northern Direction From The Existing Building, Max. Building Height +13.170 From The Surrounding Terrain • Rainwater Drainage System - For Draining And Disposing Of Rainwater From The Roof Of The Building, Including The Storage Tank And The Infiltration Body • Water Supply Connection - Connected To The Existing Water Supply Line • Sewer Lines - Connected To The Existing Part Of The Building On The Property • Gas Pipeline Distribution - Connected To The Hup, To The Existing Part Of The Building And To The New Extension • Paved Surfaces - Interlocking Paving, Driving And Walking Surfaces Part B) • Reconstruction Of The Dining Room 3) Processing Of The Project Documentation Of The Actual Execution Of The Construction, Which Will Contain At Least The Data Contained In The Documentation For The Execution Of The Construction According To Point 1) And At The Same Time It Will Include All Changes That The Contractor, In Agreement With The Client, Made In The Construction During The Execution Of The Construction. Part Of The Subject Of The Public Contract Is To Ensure Approval Of The Building According To The Project With The Cooperation Of The Contracting Authority. The Contractor Will Fulfill The Subject Of The Public Contract In Stages, Namely: Project Part A) Stage I: Realization Of A Two-Story Part Following The Existing One, With New Changing Rooms On The Ground Floor And A Pair Of Specialized Classrooms And A Directors Office On The First Floor, Stage Ii: Completion Of Construction And Commissioning, Project Part B) Stage Iii: Implementation Of The Reconstruction Of The Dining Room, Stage Iv: Completion Of Reconstruction And Commissioning. The Individual Stages Are More Closely Defined And Described In Annex No. 3 And Annex No. 4 Of The Qualification Documentation. When Carrying Out The Subject Of The Public Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To Proceed According To The Project Documentation For The Planning Permit, Which Forms Annex No. 3 Of This Procurement Documentation, And The Construction Permit, Which Forms Annex No. 4 Of This Procurement Documentation.
