The Subject Of The Order Includes Periodic Deliveries Of 400,000 Liters ± 20% Of Heating Fuel - Gas Oil For Industrial And Communal Purposes For The Needs Of The Territorial Divisions Of The Dab At The Ms: Roc - Sofia, Vrazdebna Quarter, Roc - Harmanli, Roc - Village Of Banya, Municipality Of Nova Zagora And Shopping Center - Village Of Pastrogor, Municipality Svilengrad, During The 2026 - 2027 And 2027 - 2028 Heating Seasons. The Estimated Amount Of Gas Oil For Industrial And Communal Purposes (Gpcc) Is As Follows: - 200,000 (In Words: Two Hundred Thousand) Liters ± 20% (In Words: Twenty Percent) For The Heating Season 2026 - 2027. - 200,000 (In Words: Two Hundred Thousand) Liters ± 20% (In Words: Twenty Percent) For The Heating Season 2027 - 2028. The Quantity Is Estimated And Does Not Oblige The Employer To Purchase It In Full, And He Is Not Liable To The Contractor For Claims In The Event That The Volume Of The Order Is Not Fulfilled In Full. Deliveries Depend On The Specific Needs Of The Employer And Climatic Conditions. Gpcc Should Have A Sulfur Content Of Up To 0.1% (M/M), Marked With Cpv Code 09134000-7 And Comply With The Technical Specification Attached In A Separate File. Fuel Deliveries During The 2026-2027 Heating Season And 2027-2028 Heating Season Should Be Carried Out In Parts Within 3 (Three) Calendar Days, After A Written Request By The Contracting Authority Or A Person Authorized By It. The Written Request Specifies The Quantity And Place Of Delivery. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right, If Necessary, To Determine For Which Territorial Divisions Of The Agency The Quantity Will Be Delivered At Once And For Which Seasonal Requests Will Be Made, Taking Into Account The Volume Of The Fuel Storage Tanks. The Term For The Performance Of The Exchange Contract Begins To Run From The Date Of Its Conclusion Until The End Of The 2027-2028 Heating Season - 04/30/2028 Or Until The Financial Resource Is Exhausted, Whichever Event Occurs First. ​​​​​​​​​The Financing Of The Order Is Carried Out With Funds From The State Budget. The Fuel Must Meet The Requirements For The Quality Standards Of Liquid Fuels, According To Bds (Or Equivalent/S) And The Applicable Provisions Of The Ordinance On The Requirements For The Quality Of Liquid Fuels, The Conditions, Order And Manner Of Their Control, Adopted By Pms No. 156/15.07.2003 And Any Other Applicable Legislation.
