Vehicles For The Emergency Services - Delivery Of A Heavy Rescue And Fire-Fighting Vehicle With The Function Of Supplying Water For Domestic Purposes, Intended For The District Headquarters Of The State Fire Service In Sokółka. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of A Heavy Rescue And Fire-Fighting Vehicle With A 4X4 Drive, Category 2 (Off-Road), With The Function Of Supplying Water For Domestic Purposes, In Accordance With Annex No. 4 To The Swz (Which Is Also The Evidence In Question). 2. The Ordering Party Requires That The Delivered Equipment Constituting The Subject Of The Order Be Brand New, Unused, Undamaged, Technically Functional, Complete And Ready For Use, Meet The Standards Required By Polish Law And Be Free From Legal Defects. 3. The Method Of Transporting The Subject Of The Order Must Ensure Protection Against Damage. The Contractor Is Responsible For Any Damage Caused By Improper Transport. 4. The Ordering Party Provides For The Option Of Purchasing 1 Heavy Rescue And Fire-Fighting Vehicle With A 4X4 Drive, Category 2 (Off-Road), With The Function Of Supplying Water For Domestic Purposes, I.E. The Same Vehicle That Is Delivered As Part Of The Basic Order. 5. The Detailed Scope Of Services, Method Of Performing The Order And The Obligations Of The Contractor Are Specified In The Following Documents: - Annex No. 4 To The Swz, I.E. Description Of The Subject Matter Of The Order (Opz For Short) And - Annex No. 3 To The Swz, I.E. Draft Provisions Of The Contract 6. The Contractor Undertakes To Perform The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Scope And Requirements Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Matter Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 4 To This Swz, With The Applicable Regulations In This Regard And Standards, The Current Level Of Technical Knowledge And The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, As Well As With Due Diligence. 7. The Starting Date Indicated In The Announcement Was Specified Solely For The Purpose Of Supplementing This Announcement (Obligatory Item). The Start Date Will Be Defined As The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract.
