Construction Work – Trier, Studiwood Renovation Including Extension, Partial General Contractor Interior Work, Phase 1. The Award Takes Place In The Form Of A Functional Tender With Partial General Contractor Services (Part-Gu). The Aim Is To Bundle The Execution Trades In Clearly Defined Procurement Packages That Enable The Project To Be Implemented Economically, In Accordance With Funding And In A Coordinated Manner. A Distinction Is Made Between The Two Main Packages: Part-Gu Building Shell And Shell Construction And Part-Gu Interior Work, Supplemented By Selected Individual Awards (E.G. Dismantling, Pollutant Remediation, Heat Supply, Outdoor Facilities, Transformer). The Project Is Supported As Part Of The Housing Funding Program Of The State Of Rhineland-Palatinate. The Funding Relates To The Creation And Modernization Of Student Housing In The Young Living Program And Requires An Economically Comprehensible And Transparent Award Structure. Furthermore, The Use Of Kfw Loans With Repayment Subsidies Is Planned, Which Are Linked To The Special Characteristics Of The Building And The Construction Method (Energy Standard, Serial Renovation). Further Subsidies, Including For The Construction Work Described Here, Were Promised. The Partial Gu Interior Design Award Package Includes The Complete Expansion Of The Building From A Closed And Functional Condition Created By The Partial Gu Building Shell And Shell Construction. This Includes, In Particular, The Construction Site Set-Up And Construction Logistics Services Required For Interior Work, As Well As The Preparation Of The Shell And Component Adjustments. The Scope Of Services Also Includes All Finishing Work, In Particular Drywall Work, The Installation Of Interior Doors With Different Requirements, Sealing And Tiling Work, Screed, Parquet And Floor Covering Work As Well As Plastering And Painting Work. In Addition To This, The Services For The Production Of The Interior Fittings, Including Internal Metal Construction Work, Carpentry Work, The Production Of Fixed Built-In Furniture In The Apartments As Well As The Delivery Of Loose Furniture, The Installation Of Locking And Mailbox Systems, The Signage And The Carrying Out Of The Final Construction Cleaning Are Part Of The Order. An Essential Part Of The Award Package Is The Complete Technical Building Equipment In The Interior. This Includes The Measurement, Control And Regulation Technology As Well As The Heating, Ventilation, Sanitary And Electrical Installations Including All Line Networks, Components And Connections As Well As The Necessary Insulation And Fire Protection Measures. This Also Includes The Connection Of The Prefabricated Wet Cells Provided On Site By The Partial Gu Building Shell And Shell Construction. Also Included Is The Delivery And Assembly Of The Elevator Systems As Ready-To-Use Systems. The Scope Of Services Also Includes All Evidence, Tests And Documentation As Well As The Creation Of Execution, Work And Assembly Planning For Our Own Construction Work.
