The Object Of The Contract Is The Design (Dtac, Dtoe, Pt+Dde Phase), The Execution Of The Construction/Development Works And The Technical Assistance From The Designer During The Execution Period, For [Objective Name], Including The Supply, Installation, Commissioning And Testing Of The Equipment And Medical Equipment Necessary For The Operation Of The Facility According To The Technical Requirements Of Annex 5 - Equipment, Respectively: Cryogenic Storage Equipment (Cryogenic Tank, External Ln₂ Container With Distribution Facility), Safety Systems And Premises Monitoring (Assisted Ventilation, Fire Extinguishing, Temperature/Humidity Monitoring, Video Surveillance), Processing And Quality Control Equipment For Cell Therapy Products (Cell Processing System, Centrifuges, Laminar Flow Hood, Incubator, -30°C/-80°C Freezers, Refrigerator, Chemical Niche), As Well As Microbiological Testing And Control Equipment (Bacteria/Fungi Detection System, Pcr Thermocycler, Toxinometer). The Duration Of The Contract Is 19 Months (570 Days) And Includes: * Design: 4 Months (120 Days); * Execution: 16 Months (480 Days); The Total Duration Of The P+E Contract Is 19 Months (570 Days), Considering The Fact That A Period Of 1 Month (30 Days) From The Design Stage Overlaps With The Execution Stage. Design Services Will Be Provided For A Period Of 4 Months (120 Days) From The Start Date, Notified Through The Administrative Order For The Start Of Design Services. It Is Specified That, In The Last Month (30 Days) Of The Design Stage, The Execution Works Can Be Started For Those Categories Of Works That Have Completed And Approved Technical Documentation, Thus Ensuring The Continuity And Efficiency Of The Implementation Of The Contract. The Duration Of The Design Services Does Not Include The Periods Required For The Approval Of The Project. * Execution: 16 Months (480 Days); The Execution Of The Works Will Be Carried Out For A Period Of 16 Months (480 Days) From The Date Notified By The Administrative Order To Start The Works. The Guarantee Period For Good Execution Of The Works Is 60 Months (1800 Days).
