It Services: Consulting, Software Development, Internet And Support – Renewal Of A Subscription Service For Archiving And Data Protection. Currently, Unss Has An Implemented And Functioning Complex Cloud Solution For Backup And Data Protection Acronis Cyber ​​Protect Cloud. The Subject Of This Order Aims At: 1) Renewal For A Period Of 12 Months Of The Right To Use And Warranty Support Of A Single Data Archiving Platform Acronis Cyber ​​Protect Cloud With A Volume Of 60Tb And Additional Functionalities For A Database; Remote Monitoring And Management For 80 Endpoints; 2) Protection Of Arrays That Are Backed Up From Cryptoviruses (Ransomware); ​​​​​​​​3) Data Archiving In A Data Center Provided By The Contractor, Located In The Territory Of The Republic Of Bulgaria; The Proposed Data Service Center Must Be Located On The Territory Of The Republic Of Bulgaria. In Order To Ensure Speed And Continuity Of Services, The It Infrastructure Must Be Located In It, Where The Management Of The Software Platform And The Archiving Of The Data Of The Contracting Authority Is Carried Out. The Data Center Should Be Located In An Object Classified As A Strategic Object Or The Contractor Itself Should Be Classified As A Strategic Object For The National Security Of The Republic Of Bulgaria And/Or The Participant Should Be Classified As A Contractor Carrying Out Strategic Activities, According To Decree No. 181 Of July 20, 2009 For Determining The Strategic Objects And Activities That Are Important For National Security. In The Event That The Participant Intends To Use The Provided Data Center For The Execution Of The Order, He Should Provide In His Offer Evidence Of The Right Of Use In The Form Of A Contract And/Or Preliminary Contract And/Or Other Equivalent Document.; The Contracting Authority Has Identified Specific Risks For Which There Must Be Measures To Prevent And Mitigate, And The Risks Are: Risk Related To The Protection And Preservation Of The Contracting Authoritys Information; Untimely Performance Of Any Of The Obligations By The Contractor; Risk Of Insufficient Knowledge Of The Activities At The University Of National And World Economy Related To This Public Procurement; Losses Of Key Figures From The Project Team At The Employer And/Or The Contractor.
