Planting And Maintenance Services Of Green Areas – Development Of Green Areas In Urban Areas As Part Of The Green Budget Of The City Of Katowice - Part 1. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services Entitled: Development Of Greenery In Urban Areas As Part Of The Green Budget Of The City Of Katowice - Part 1 2. The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Task No. 1 (In The Basic Subject Of The Order): Provision Of A Service Consisting In The Development Of Greenery In Urban Areas In Seven Locations Indicated In The Swz. 2) Task No. 2 (Service Covered By The Option Law): A) Maintenance And Care Of The Completed Developments In The Period From April 15, 2027. – October 15, 2027 In The Locations Indicated In The Swz, In Accordance With The Attached Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For Individual Locations, B) Maximum Value Of The Option Right - Pln 14,600.00, C) The Ordering Party Makes The Exercise Of The Option Right Dependent On The Financial Possibilities Allowing For Their Execution. 3. The Subject Of The Contract For Task No. 1 Assumes The Provision Of Services For Individual Locations In Accordance With The Design Scopes And Included Bills Of Quantities And Includes, Among Others: 1) Cleaning And Preparation Of The Area For Planting, 2) Maintenance Works, 3) Installation Of Small Architecture Elements, 4) Planting Plants, Finishing And Maintenance Works. 4. Detailed Descriptions Of The Subject Of The Order For Task No. 1, Requirements Related To Its Implementation Are Set Out In Annex No. 1 To The Swz Containing Designs For Individual Locations, Including: 1) Bills Of Quantities, 2) Technical Descriptions, 3) Technical Drawings: Pzt And Pw, 4) Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works. 5. The Detailed Scope Of Services For Task No. 2 And The Method Of Their Implementation Are Included In The Design Documentation. Care Reports - The Contractor Is Obliged To Systematically Perform Care Treatments And Inform The Ordering Party By E-Mail (No Later Than The Day Before The Planned Work) About The Date, Location And Type Of Planned Care Treatments.
