Architectural And Related Services – Framework Agreement For Architectural And Multidisciplinary Design Services. 1. Object And Context Of The Assignment Object Of The Assignment. The Assignment Concerns The Conclusion Of A Framework Agreement For A Complete Architectural And Multidisciplinary Design Assignment For Projects For Ferm Kinderopvang Vzw. The Assignments May Relate To New Construction, Conversion, Renovation, Redesign, Expansion And/Or Technical Adjustments Of, Among Other Things, Office Environments, Daycare Centers And Related Infrastructure. Nature Of The Framework Agreement. The Contracting Authority Aims To Conclude A Framework Agreement With One Contractor, Consisting Of A Design Team That Can Offer Or Coordinate All Required Disciplines. Partial Assignments Can Be Placed Within The Framework Agreement Depending On The Specific Needs Of The Client. Indicative Size Of The Construction Costs For Partial Assignments. The Construction Cost Of Individual Projects Is Estimated Indicatively Between Eur 250,000 And Eur 1,500,000, Excluding Vat. This Range Is Indicative And Does Not Imply A Commitment To Place Partial Orders Within These Limits. Estimated Value Of The Contract. The Total Construction Cost Of The Projects That Can Be Realized During The Term Of The Framework Agreement Is Indicatively Estimated At Eur 5,000,000 Excl. Vat. The Estimated Value Of The Framework Agreement Is Eur 540,000, Excluding Vat, Calculated Over The Maximum Term Of Four Years. This Estimated Value Corresponds To The Estimated Compensation For The Architectural And Multidisciplinary Design Services And Forms The Basis For The Estimate Of This Public Contract. The Estimated Value Serves Only As An Indication And Should Not Be Interpreted As A Guaranteed Purchase Volume Or As An Indication Of Future Ordering Behavior. The Client Reserves The Right To Place No, Fewer Or Different Types Of Partial Orders Than Initially Estimated. The Maximum Value Of The Framework Agreement, Including The Basic Contract And Any Extensions, Is Eur 700,000 Excl. Vat. 2. Scope Of The Services The Framework Agreement Includes, Unless Otherwise Stated Per Sub-Assignment, At Least The Following Services: • The Entire Architectural Assignment, From Start-Up And Concept Formation To Final Delivery; • The Entire Study Stability; • The Complete Study Of Special Techniques, Including Coordination With The Architectural And Constructional Elaboration; • The Complete Epb Reporting And Ventilation Reporting Assignment, Where Applicable; • The Necessary Acoustic Advice And/Or Acoustic Study, Especially Where Relevant For Daycare Centers, Healthcare Functions, Office Environments And Collective Use; • The Preparation Of Estimates, Plans, Permit Files, Vipa And/Or Other Subsidy Files, Tender Documents, Implementation Details, Reports, Site Monitoring And Delivery Documents; • The Coordination Of The Design Team And Coordination With The Client, Users, External Advisors
