Agricultural And Forestry Machinery For Soil Preparation Or Cultivation – Delivery Of Multifunctional (Uvv) Tractors To The Regional Forestry Offices Of The North Rhine-Westphalia State Office For Forest And Wood. The North Rhine-Westphalia State Office For Forestry And Wood Intends To Award The Contract For The Delivery Of Up To Four Multifunctional (Uvv) Tractors With A Front Loader, Crane And Double Drum Radio Winch To A Contractor As Part Of The Current Procurement Procedure. The Tractors Are Primarily Used For Winch-Assisted Timber Harvesting In Climate-Damaged Forests As Well As For Implementing Traffic Safety Measures, Among Other Things. Used After Extreme Weather Events Including Final Retreat. Other Areas Of Application Include Transport Work As Well As Mulching/Mowing And Path Maintenance Work With Appropriate Attachments On The Rear And Front Hydraulics. The Acceptance Of Three Tugs Is Guaranteed. A Decision Will Be Made Regarding The Ordering Of The Delivery Of The Fourth Tractor For The Upper Sauerland Regional Forestry Office At The Latest At The Time Of Notification Of The Advance Information Or This Will Be Communicated To The First-Placed Provider. The Specific Requirements For The Machines Are Set Out In The Identical Four Checklists (Appendices 1-4, Also Service Specifications). The Checklists Are Part Of This General Service Description And Are Therefore The Subject Of The Order. They Must Be Filled Out By The Bidder And Presented When Submitting The Offer. 2. 1. Technical Requirements The Tractors Offered Must Have At Least The Technical Exclusion Criteria Listed In The Checklist (Appendix 1-4). If A Criterion Is Not Met, The Overall Offer Is Invalid And Will Be Excluded From Further Evaluation. As An Alternative To New Machines, Demonstration/Used Machines Can Also Be Offered With The Performance Parameters Described In The Service Description And With A Maximum Running Time Of 500 Operating Hours And An Age And Registration Period Of No More Than Twelve Months. If Demonstration/Used Machines From Different Manufacturers/Types Are Offered, The Technical Information/Evidence Must Be Provided For Each Individual Machine. The Machines On Offer Must Be Clearly Named By The Bidder When Submitting The Offer, Stating The Manufacturer And The Model Name/Equipment. In Addition, The Offer Must Be Accompanied By A Complete Description Of All Technical Data, Service Booklet (Used Machine), Current Brochures (If Available).
