Architectural And Related Services – Project Management Competition For The Construction Of A Municipal Technical Center. The Commune Of Montvalezan, Located In Haute-Tarentaise In The Savoie Department, Is Particularly Known For Hosting The Resort Of La Rosière, Whose Tourist Activity Generates Significant Needs In Terms Of Maintenance Of Public Spaces, Winter Viability, Maintenance Of Buildings And Operation Of Municipal Facilities. In Order To Improve The Operating Conditions Of Its Technical Services And Respond To Its Changing Needs, The Municipality Wishes To Build A New Municipal Technical Center On Land Located In La Rosière. This New Equipment Is Intended To Bring Together On The Same Site The Different Activities Currently Spread Over Several Locations. It Will Notably Accommodate The Administrative Premises Of Technical Services, Storage Spaces For Municipal Vehicles And Machinery, Workshops, Storage Premises As Well As The Social Premises Necessary For Staff. The Project Will Also Include Housing Intended For The Accommodation Of Seasonal Staff, In Order To Meet The Recruitment And Housing Constraints Specific To Mountain Tourist Areas. Beyond Its Functional Aspects, The Project Must Be The Subject Of Particular Attention In Terms Of Architectural And Landscape Integration, Taking Into Account Its Location Within The Resort And The Quality Of The Surrounding Environment. Candidates Must Also Take Into Account The Specific Constraints Linked To The Operation Of A Technical Center In A Mountain Environment, In Particular The Needs Associated With Snow Removal, The Storage Of Equipment And The Reception Of Specialized Equipment. The Operation Includes: - Earthworks Upstream Of The Current Road For The Installation Of The Building - Backfilling In The Downstream Part Of The Current Road For The Development Of Maneuvering Spaces And The Installation Of Storage Spaces And Exterior Technical Equipment - The New Construction Of The Technical Center, I.E. 2,788M² (Sdo), As Well As An Access Ramp To The R+1 - The New Construction Of Housing, I.E. 781M² (Sdo)
