Execution Of The Renovation Works Of The Executive Project Of The Rehabilitation Of The Inner Beach And The Two Vessels Of The Swimming Pools Of The Espai Blau Municipal Sports Center, In Sant Pere De Ribes..Execution Of The Refusal Works Of The Executive Project For The Rehabilitation Of The Inner Beach And The Two Vessels Of The Swimming Pools Of The Espai Blau Municipal Sports Center, In Sant Pere De Ribes. The Approved Project Contemplates Two Interrelated Actions: The Structural Rehabilitation And Finishes Of The Inner Beach And The Two Vessels Of The Swimming Pools, And The Partial Reform Of The Technical Facilities That Serve This Same Precinct From Basement Plant. The Persistent Seepages Have Damaged Part Of The Reinforced Concrete Structure That Makes Up The Pools Vessels And The Adjacent Elements, And On The Other Hand, The Existing Technical Installations Have Reached The End Of Their Useful Life And Do Not Meet The Current Requirements For Energy Deficiency, Water Treatment And Sanitary Quality. It Is For This Reason That The Project Foresees, In A Coordinated Manner:- The Reconstruction Of The Concrete Elements In Bad Condition By Means Of Structural Repair Techniques With Specific Mortars, Damage Restoration, Cathodic Protection With Sacrificial Anodes And Corrosion-Inhibiting And Anti-Carbonation Treatments.- The Execution Of A New Waterproofing System On The Beach And Vessels, As Well As The Reconstruction Of The Finishes Ceramics And Auxiliary Elements.- The Partial Renovation Of The Hydraulic (Heating, Plumbing, Acs And Fire Protection), Electrical And Air Conditioning Installations.- The Replacement Of The Swimming Pool Water Filtration System With A System Of Regenerative Filters With Expanded Perlite (Efs), The Incorporation Of A Dechloramination System By Medium Pressure Ultraviolet Light And A New Automation And Control System.
