The Scope Of The Order Includes: A) Installation Of Protective Tubular, Metal Scaffoldings Up To The Level Of +8.80 M With Consoles Protecting Existing Roofs Within A Radius Of +3.0 M From The Chimney Wall; B) Demolition Of The Chimney From The Top From The Level Of +37.22 M To +24.2 M Using A Basket Lift, Throwing The Demolition Bricks Inside The Chimney To The Chimney Filling Level Of +7.00; Dismantle The Remaining Part Of The Chimney To The +24.2 Level Using A Basket Lift And Rubble Chutes. C) Installation Of Tubular, Metal Scaffolding From The Level Of +8.80 M To The Level Of +24.2 M; D) Successive Demolition Of The Chimney, Every Scaffolding Height (2.20 M), From The Height Of +24.2 M To The Height Of +8.80 M Above Ground Level With The Removal Of Bricks From The Demolition Using Chutes With Simultaneous Dismantling Of The Scaffolding;E) Demolition Of The Chimney With An Excavator From The Ground Level To The Level Of +8.80 M.F) Demolition Of The Foundations To The Level Of -1.0 M Below The Ground Level.G) Preparation Of The External Walls Of The Building And Brickwork Of The Missing Fragment Of The Wall After The Demolished Chimneyh) Completion Of The Roof Coveringi) Preparatory Works, Fencing Of The Area And Restoring The Area To Use After The Works3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In Annex No. 10 To The Swz. It Consists Of The Following Documents: A) Construction Design, B) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb), C) Bill Of Quantities. Due To The Fact That The Contractors Remuneration Indicated In The Offer Will Be A Lump Sum, When Pricing The Offer, The Contractor Should Rely On The Scope Indicated In The Design Documentation Referred To In Point A) And The Stwiorb And In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Included In This Tor. The Bill Of Quantities Is Of An Auxiliary Nature. The Occurrence, During The Implementation Of The Contract, Of Works Not Included In The Bill Of Quantities Or Works In A Larger Quantity Than That Accepted In The Bill Of Quantities Will Not Entitle The Contractor To Demand Additional Remuneration - If These Works Were Included In The Design Documentation Referred To In Point A) Or Stwiorb.
