Project Background The GIZ Programme for Access to the Labour Market (PALM) II, funded by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), aims to strengthen the Palestinian labour market. It focuses on improving employment access and enhancing service delivery by aligning the capacity of partner institutions with the needs of both job seekers and the private sector. Enhancing employability, strengthening labour market institutions, and fostering inclusive economic participation (including wage and self-employment pathways). Target Demographics: Job-seeking Palestinians, with a dedicated focus on university graduates, women, and persons with disabilities Requirements Procurement of Home Gardening Materials and Installation Services The GIZ) GmbH invites qualified, locally registered suppliers to submit proposals for the Home Gardening Initiative in the Nablus Governorate (4 location) in cooperation with Beita Women Development Society Core Deliverables: Provision of high-quality seeds and robust seedlings tailored for home gardens. Execution of all necessary installation workmanship across designated villages.
