Expression of Interest for Consulting Services for the Review and Updating of Technical Studies and Design for the Kapoeta-Boma-Raad Road (280 Km). NAME OF PROJECT: MULTINATIONAL: SOUTH SUDAN ETHIOPIA - DJIBOUTI: TRANSPORT CORRIDOR PROJECT- PHASE II The main objectives and scope of the assignment include: Reviewing and updating the economic feasibility and detailed engineering design study reports based on best acceptable practices covering the Kapoeta Boma - Raad road corridor. Preparing a detailed Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA), Resettlement Action Plan (RAP), and Social Infrastructure Needs Assessment reports. Preparing the separate cost estimates (based on recommended Lots) for a complete upgrade of the road corridor to a paved surface and related environmental and social management plans. Preparing bidding documents based on the packaged Lots suitable for international competitive bidding (ICB), and Preparing specific technical specifications and the employers requirements to be used in the tender documents.
