In Order To Define The Subject Of The Public Procurement In A Clear And Comprehensible Manner, The Tenderer May Refer To The Make, Origin, Type Of Thing, Process, Activity, Person, Or Patent Or Trademark Specified In This Invitation And Other Public Procurement Documents. In All Such Cases, The Designation Was Made Only In Order To Clearly Define The Nature Of The Object, And An Offer May Be Made For The Product Specified In This Call For Proposals, Or For The Product Equivalent To It - With Regard To The Detailed Technical Parameters Of The Given Product.
