The Purpose Of This Contract Consists In The Provision Of Specialized Services Regarding The Realization Of Support Studies (Topo, Geo, Acb), Sf Obtaining Approvals And Authorizations And Feasibility Study Approval, Technical Project Elaboration (Dtac+Pt+Cs+De) As Follows: The Geotechnical Study Will Be Drawn Up In Accordance With The Legal Provisions In Force: - Law 10/1995 - Law On Quality In Construction, With Subsequent Additions; - Normative Np074-2022 - Preparation And Verification Of Geotechnical Documentation; - Sr En 1997-1:2006 Eurocode 7: Geotechnical Design. Part 1: General Rules; - Sr En 1997-1/Nb/2007 National Annex To Sr En 1997-112006; - Sr En 1997-2:2008 Eur00007: Geotechnical Design. Part 2: Field Investigation And Trials. The Topographic Study Will Be Drawn Up According To The Regulations In Force, Approved By O.C.P.I. Elaborated According To Order No. 600/2023 Regarding The Approval Of The Regulation Of Reception And Registration In The Cadastre And Land Register Records, Amended And Supplemented By Order No. 1255 Of 01.08.2023, Amended And Supplemented By Order No. 1255 From 01.08.2023. The Provider Will Prepare The Topo-Cadastral Documentation, As Well As The Documentation Regarding The Bathymetric Measurements Of The Adjacent Lakes And Canals; Maps Of The Shape Of The Underwater Relief; Calculation Of Water Volume And Surface Area; And So On Feasibility Study. The Provider Will Describe, Present And Provide The Services Described In The Chapters Below, In Accordance With The Provisions Of Hg 907/2016, The Requirements Of This Specification, In Compliance With The Legislation And Technical Regulations In Force. Cost-Benefit Analysis. The Cost-Benefit Analysis Must Be Developed In Accordance With The Requirements Of The European Commission Guide For The Period 2014-2020 Regarding The Cost-Benefit Analysis For New Projects. Services For Obtaining The Necessary Approvals And Authorizations, Approval Of The Feasibility Study. The Technical Documentation For The Authorization Of The Execution Of The Construction Works (Pac/Dtac) And The Technical Documentation For The Authorization Of The Execution Of The Organization Of The Works (Poe/Dtoe), Will Be Drawn Up In Accordance With The Legal Provisions In Force, Respectively Hg 907/2016, Law 50/1991, Law 10/1995. The Provider Will Describe, Present And Provide The Services Described In The Chapters Below, In Accordance With The Provisions Of Gd 907/2016, Law 50/1991, Law 10/1995 And The Requirements Of This Specification, In Compliance With The Legislation And Technical Regulations In Force And The Opinions And Agreements Obtained, Requested By The Urban Planning Certificate.
