Lathes – Supply, Installation And Commissioning Of Numerical Control (Cnc) Turning Machine.. The R&D Manufacturing And Support Unit Aims To Manufacture Mechanical Parts And Systems Required By Research Projects In Different Types Of Programs (Scientific Or Technological Development) And Modalities (Public, Private Or Mixed Consortia), Ranging From Activities In Small Projects To Contributions To Large Facilities. Most Of The Machining Work Carried Out In The Aforementioned Unit Requires Turning Machines To Be Used During The Manufacturing Process. The Purpose Of This Contract Is The Supply, Installation And Commissioning Of A New Numerical Control Turning Machine With Higher Performance In Order To Replace One Of The Two Current Ones That Are Obsolete, In Addition, Due To The Lack Of Spare Parts, Generating Maintenance Problems, Which Causes Delays And Slowdowns In The Work Order Execution Schedule Of This Line, Which Is Increased To The Point Of Not Being Able To Meet The Needs Of All The Research Projects. Therefore, In Order To Provide A More Efficient And Quality Service To All The Machining Work Necessary For The Different Ciemat Projects And To Comply On Time With The Technical Services Requested By Other Organizations And Universities, It Is Necessary To Replace At Least One Of The Turning Machines.
