The Subject Of The Order Is: Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste From Real Estate In The Kurów Commune In 2027, From Residential And Non-Residential Properties Where Municipal Waste Is Generated, From The Area Of 17 Villages: Barłogi, Bronisławka, Brzozowa Gać, Buchałowice, Choszczów, Dęba, Klementowice, Kłoda, Kurów, Łąkoć, Marianka, Olesin, Płonki, Posiołek, Szumów, Wólka Nowodworska, Zastawie. The Scope Of The Service Includes In Particular: A) Collection, Transport And Management Of Municipal Waste From Residential And Non-Residential Properties Where Municipal Waste Is Generated; B) Collection, Transport And Management Of Municipal Waste From The Municipal Selective Waste Collection Point (Pszok); C) Providing And Equipping Residents With Bags For Selective Waste Collection In Appropriate Colors; D) Preparation And Delivery Of Municipal Waste Collection Schedules; E) Collecting Waste On The Dates Specified In The Schedule In Accordance With The Adopted Division Into Fractions, F) Tidying Up The Area Around The Places From Which Waste Is Set Out For Collection, In The Event Of Littering During Waste Loading, G) Carrying Out Reporting Required Under Applicable Law. When Implementing The Subject Of The Order During The Term Of The Contract, The Service Should Be Provided In Accordance With Applicable Law, In Particular: 1) Waste Management Plan Of The Lublin Voivodeship; 2) Act Of September 13, 1996 On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities; 3) Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste; 4) Act Of April 27, 2001, Environmental Protection Law; 5) Regulation Of The Minister Of The Environment Of January 11, 2013 On Detailed Requirements For The Collection Of Municipal Waste From Property Owners (Journal Of Laws Of 2013, Item 122); 6) Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate And Environment Of May 10, 2021 On The Method Of Selective Collection Of Selected Waste Fractions (Journal Of Laws Of 2021, Item 906) 7) Act Of July 4, 2019 Amending The Waste Act And Certain Other Acts (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2019, Item 2020, As Amended) Amended) 8) Local Law - Resolutions Of The Kurów Commune Council/Kurów City Council Regarding Waste Management; 9) Other Legal Acts That Were Created And Are In Force During The Duration Of The Service. 10) Provisions Regarding The Protection Of Personal Data.
