The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Employ, Under An Employment Contract, The Following: - Bus Drivers, - Dispatchers, - Traffic Supervision Staff Providing Work For The Contractor During The Term Of The Agreement. During The Implementation Of The Agreement, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Check Whether The Contractor Meets The Requirement To Employ Drivers, Dispatchers And Traffic Supervision Services Under The Employment Contract. Employment Inspections Will Be Carried Out By Authorized Employees Of The Ordering Party.
