The Subject Of The Contract Is The Conclusion Of A Contract For The Operation Of Water Supply Lines And Sewers For Public Use Owned By The Municipality Of Skorkov And Sojovice (Hereinafter Referred To As Concession Contracts Or Operating Contracts), I.E. An Operation Contract In The Sense Of § 8, Paragraph 2 Of Act No. 274/2001 Coll., On Water Supply Lines And Sewers For Public Use And On The Amendment Of Certain Laws (Water Supply And Sewerage Act), As Amended (Hereinafter Referred To As Zovak) With The Right To Choose Water And Sewage Belonging To The Concessionaire In The Sense Of § 8, Paragraphs 13 And 14 Of The Zovak, The Subject Of Which Will Be The Lease Of Water Supply And Sewerage Owned By The Municipality Of Skorkov And Sojovice To The Concessionaire And The Concessionaires Obligation To Ensure The Proper Operation Of This Property In Accordance With The Relevant Provisions Of The Zovak. On The Contracting Authoritys Profile, The Public Contract Is Listed As A Narrower Procedure, Because For Technical Reasons On The Part Of The Operator Of The Contracting Authoritys Profile, It Is Not Possible To Submit Electronic Bids As Part Of The Concession Procedure.
