The Selection Of An Operator Under The Order Of The Zop Is Determined By Specific Requirements Of The Regulatory Framework (Zuo, Ordinance No. 6 Of August 27, 2013 On The Conditions And Requirements For The Construction And Operation Of Landfills And Other Facilities And Installations For The Recovery And Disposal Of Waste), Related To The Following Main Activities: Acceptance Of Waste According To Codes, According To Complex Permit Kr No. 282-H1/2016 Of The Municipality Of Lovech For Regional Landfill For Non-Hazardous Waste For The Municipalities Of Lovech, Letnitsa And Ugarchin; Waste Treatment According To Codes, According To Kr No. 282-H1/2016 - Separation Of Mixed Household Waste, Separation Of Recyclable Waste Materials (Glass, Metals, Plastic, Paper, Cardboard); Transportation Of The Waste From The Mobile Installation For Preliminary Treatment To Cell No. 3 (In Operation); Carrying Out Monitoring In Accordance With The Conditions Of Kr No. 282-Н1/2016.
