The Subject Of The Consultation Is Maintenance Services For The Playgrounds In The Municipal Territory Of Saint-Joseph. All Of The Games Concerned Are Of The Brand: Kompan. The Form Chosen Is That Of The Framework Agreement Executed By Means Of Purchase Orders In Application Of Articles R.2162-2, R.2162-4 To R.2162-6 And R.2162-13 To R.2162-14 Of The Public Order Code. This Is A Single-Award Framework Agreement. The Services Are Divided Into Two (02) Lots Designated Below Which Will Each Give Rise To A Separate Contract.
