Hydraulic Turbines – 67 Gambsheim – Lot Turbogenerators. The Purpose Of This Contract Is The Supply And Installation Of 4 New Turbogenerator Groups With Their Auxiliaries As Part Of The Creation Of A New Hydroelectric Power Station To Equip The Gambsheim Development On The Rhine, It Concerns In Particular: ● Supplies (X 4 Groups): ▪ Kaplan Turbine Double Adjustment With Horizontal Axis: - Maximum Gross Head: 11 Mce - Theoretical Net Head: Between 6 And 11 Mce Depending On Mainly Downstream Tidal Range. - Nominal Flow Rate: 80 M3/S - Indicative Nominal Power: 7.8 Mw - Theoretical Rotation Speed: Between 120 And 158 Rpm. ▪ Multiplier If Necessary; ▪ Synchronous Alternator: - Rotation Speed: To Be Defined By The Holder According To Design With Or Without Multiplier - Apparent Power: Approximately 8 Mva, Between 5.5 To 11 Kv At 50 Hz - Particular Technical Specifications Will Be Requested In The Specifications (For Example: The Overall Impregnation Of The Stator With The Winding Prohibited; The Tightening Of The Magnetic Circuit Tie Rods Must Be Controllable In Future Operation, Etc.) ▪ Oil-Hydraulic Unit (Hpu), ▪ Group Lubrication And Cooling Circuits. ● Services: ▪ General Studies; ▪ Execution And Sizing Studies Of Equipment; ▪ Gc Implementation Studies Linked To Each Group And Provision Of Guide Plans; ▪ On-Site Assembly (Including Pre-Sealed) And Commissioning Of The Equipment Supplied On The Gambsheim Site; ▪ Training Of Edf Staff. This List Is Not Exhaustive. The Total Scope Will Be Described In Specifications Which Will Be Attached To The Consultation File, Sent Only To Pre-Selected Candidates Following This Call For Applications. The Creation Of The New Power Plant Will Be Divided Into Several Lots (General Design, Earthworks, Civil Engineering, Window Fittings, Control, Energy Evacuation, Etc.). The Allotment Has Not Yet Been Defined. The Following Works Are Therefore Not Part Of This Contract: - The Earthworks And Civil Engineering Construction Of The New Power Plant, (According To Guide Plans To Be Provided By The Holder Of The Turbogenerator Group Lot). - The Hydromechanical Equipment (Screen, Downstream Valves, Cofferdams, Etc.) Of The New Power Plant. - Electrical And Control Work On The New Groups, Apart From The Installation Of Sensors To Be Provided By The Holder Of The Turbogenerator Group Lot.
