Repair, Maintenance And Associated Services Related To Railways And Other Equipment – Work Train Atc Common Interface. The Subject Of The Procurement Is A Procurement Package That Consists Of Planning The Installation Of Atc (Automatic Train Control) And Rn (Radio Network) Equipment, Procurement And Installation Of Components On Work Trains Used In Metro Maintenance As Part Of The New Cbtc System Of The Helsinki Metro. The Scope Covers A Maximum Of Nine Work Trains, Of Which Eight Are Existing Work Trains And One Is An Additional Work Train (Tamper) That Is Currently Being Acquired. The Basic Requirements And General Planning For The Installation Will Be Provided By The Metka Project Responsible For Urban Transports Cbtc System Reform And The Atc And Rn Suppliers Implementing The Project. The Key Design Tasks Included In The Execution Planning Included In The Procurement Are: • Preparation Of Detailed Electrical Plans (Based On The Master Plan Provided By The Customer) For Each Of The Four Work Train Families • Preparation Of Detailed Mechanical Plans (Based On The General Requirements Provided By The Employer) For Each Of The Four Work Train Families • Preparation Of Component And Installation Drawings, Material Lists And Installation Instructions For All Work Trains • Communication With The Customer About All Changes Necessary As A Result Of The Design And From Updates To The General Plan And Verification Documents The Procurement Also Includes The Following Installation Works: • Procurement Of Electrical And Mechanical Components Required For Installation • Mechanical Installation Of Components Supplied By The Customer And Procured By The Supplier On Work Trains • Electrical Installation Of Components Supplied By The Customer And Procured By The Supplier On Work Trains • Acceptance And Updating Of Design Data In The Case Of Adaptations Necessary Due To The Circumstances Related To A Specific Work Train • Static Testing Of All Installed Parts After Installation • Supporting Dynamic Testing Of Installation After Static Testing. The Implementation Form And Commercial Model Of The Design And Installation Contract Will Be Negotiated With The Candidates Selected For The Negotiation Phase. The Procurement Unit Has Designed A Model In Which The Design Work Is Carried Out As A Fixed-Price Entity And The Installation Work Either As A Fixed-Price Or Unit-Price And Ceiling-Price Installation Work Contract. The Procurement Unit Makes The Final Decision On The Form Of Implementation And The Commercial Model After The Negotiation Phase. The Supplier Must Be Able To Implement The Entity That Is The Object Of The Procurement. In Its Application For Participation, The Supplier Must Demonstrate That It Has Sufficient Experience In Similar Design And Installation Work As Described Below In This Request For Participation. The Contract Period Is Estimated To Start In August 2027 And End In 2031 When All The Work Defined For The Procurement Target Has Been Completed. In Addition, As An Option, The Purchase Includes Maintenance Services During The Systems Life Cycle And Necessary Additional Work Related To The Purchase Object.
