For Siilainens Equipment Maintenance, A Trolley Washing Machine Will Be Purchased Immediately During 2026, And For The Central Hospital, The Device Will Be Purchased As An Option During 2027. The Subscriber Does Not Undertake To Purchase A Certain Amount Of Equipment, But The Purchases Are Carried Out In Accordance With The Subscribers Needs And Available Funds. In The Central Hospitals Instrument Maintenance, A Total Of Approx. 151,000 Instruments And Sets Of Instruments Are Maintained Per Year. Instrument Maintenance Provides Services For 14 Operating Theaters, All Departments Of The Central Hospital, Polyclinics, Procedure Units And Dental Emergencies. Equipment Maintenance Is Open On Weekdays From 7:00 Am To 9:00 Pm And On Weekends From 8:00 Am To 4:00 Pm. Siilainen Equipment Maintenance Services The Multipurpose Equipment Of The Entire North Karelia Province. Equipment Maintenance Works On Weekdays From 6:30 A.M. To 10:00 P.M. The Biggest Customer Of Siilainens Appliance Maintenance Is Oral Health Care Units, So A Large Part Of The Equipment Serviced Are Instruments Used In Oral Health Care. The Equipment To Be Serviced Also Consists Of E.G. Of Basic Healthcare, Counseling And Laboratory Equipment. One (1) Trolley Washing Machine Is Used In Both Equipment Maintenance. The Products To Be Washed Are Mainly Boxes Used For Transporting Instruments In Siilainens Instrument Maintenance, And Containers And Transport Boxes In The Central Hospitals Instrument Maintenance. In Both Units, The Device Also Has An Instrument Washing Program. The Amount Of Use Of The Central Hospitals Trolley Washing Machine Is A Total Of Approx. 2200 Runs Each Year, 9 Runs/Day. The Amount Of Use On Siila Is Approx. 1620 Drives Annually, 7 Drives/Day. Siilaine Washes An Average Of 145 Shipping Boxes/Day. In The Future, At Least The Same Number/Increasing Number Of Products Will Be Serviced With The New Devices. The Acquisition Aims To Increase Capacity, But At Least The Same Capacity As The Current Equipment. The Device Must Be Suitable To Replace The Current Device In Both Equipment Maintenance, It Is Not Possible To Expand/Renovate The Facilities. One (1) Contract Supplier Will Be Selected For The Procurement. The Provider Must Offer The Device For Both Equipment Maintenance, The Devices Must Be Of The Same Brand (Staff Skills, Maintenance And Spare Parts Matters), But The Dimensions Of The Device May Differ From Each Other, Taking Into Account Space Requirements.
