In The Desired Situation, The Clients Fixed Telephony Environment, Based On The Existing Platform Via Microsoft Teams, Is Managed By The Contractor As A Central Telephony Platform. In Addition, Mobile Telecommunications Services Are Provided. The Central Telephony Platform And The Mobile Telecommunications Service Are Configured In Such A Way That Optimal (Functional) Telephone Accessibility Is Guaranteed In Accordance With The Profile Matrix For Organization, Groups And Individual Employees.
