The Subject Of The Order Is The Design (Performance Of Design Works) For Stage I, Stage Ii And Stage Iii And Execution (Construction Works) Only For Stage I Of The Investment Task Called: Construction Of An Entertainment And Sports Hall With An Underground Hiding Place U2 Adapted To Fulfill The Function Of An Underground Garage Alternatively In Zawierciu. 2. The Task Consists Of Three Implementation Stages: 2.1. I Stage Of Implementation: Construction Of The Building Of An Entertainment And Sports Hall With The Hiding Place U2 Based On The Provided Concept, Reconstruction Of The Exit From The Public Road, Demolition Of The Existing Building, Construction Of An Access Road, Construction Of Four Sectors Of Parking Spaces, Sidewalks, Bicycle And Roller Paths, Multi-Functional Squares With Ramps For Disabled People And Stairs Off-Road Areas, Shelters For Temporary Collection Of Solid Waste With The Possibility Of Segregating It, Two Exits To The Underground Part Of The Facility, Bus Stands, A Bus Stop, Bicycle Shelters And Full Technical Infrastructure As Well As Connections For Individual Networks And A Toboggan And Ski Hill. 2.2. Stage Ii Of Implementation: Construction Of Two Parking Sectors With An Access Road From The Northern Side Of The Facility 2.3. Stage Iii Of Implementation: Construction Of An Access Road From The Eastern Side Of The Area Covered By The Study Along With Parking Spaces, A Tennis Court Complex And Access To The Reserve Area For A Future Commercial Construction Facility. 3. Detailed Conditions For The Implementation Of The Agreement And Its Scope, Including The Scope Of Design Work And Construction Works, Are Specified In The Ffu Together With The Annexes - Appendix No. 1 To The Swz And The Draft Agreement - Appendix No. 2 To The Swz. Note: If The Content Of The Fup And Its Annexes Contain Any Provisions Regarding The Conditions For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, E.G. The Rules For Introducing Additional Or Replacement Works, Acceptance Of Works, Method Of Settlement, Which Are Not Reflected In The Content Of This Tor And The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement Or Are Inconsistent With Them, The Provisions Of The Tor And The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement Constituting An Annex To The Tor Should Be Accepted As Binding.
