Miscellaneous Furniture And Equipment. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Supply And Assembly Of Interior Furniture For The Newly Renovated Premises Of The Trenčín Castle, As Part Of The Project Transformation Of The First Gate Into An Artist Residence. The Purpose Of The Procurement Is To Equip The Premises Of The Artist Residence With Furniture That Will Ensure Functional And Comfortable Conditions For Short-Term Accommodation Of Artists, While Respecting The Historical Nature Of The Building. The Contract Includes In Particular: • Furniture - Folding Table And Chairs Designed For Outdoor Use, A Stool, Dining Table And Chairs, Two Beds, Including A Worktop And A Work Chair. • Assembly, Transport And Installation Of All Supplied Elements, Including Their Safe Anchoring And Connection (If Necessary); • Delivery Of Technical Documentation And Warranty Service To The Extent Specified In The Purchase Contract. The Furniture Will Be Placed Outside On The Terrace On The 2Nd And 3Rd Floors. Of The Reconstructed Gate Tower. The Contractor Is Obliged To Take Into Account The Specifics Of The National Cultural Monument, Especially The Limited Access Possibilities In The Historical Premises And To Ensure The Protection Of The Newly Reconstructed Premises From Damage During The Delivery, Handling And Assembly Of The Furniture. The Subject Of The Order Is Part Of The Project Documentation And The Individual Elements Of The Furniture Must Be Designed And Delivered In Such A Way That They Form A Uniform Functional And Visual Whole, Appropriate To The Character Of The Historical Building The Delivery Of The Furniture Is Subject To The Prior Written Approval Of The Proposed Solution By The Public Contracting Authority.
