The Subject Of The Performance Of The Public Contract (Hereinafter Referred To As The Purchase) Is The Supply Of Security And Access Active Network Elements Of Fortinet, Including Related Sw Licenses And Technical Support For These Products (Hereinafter Also Hw And Sw) In The Scope Defined By Annex No. 4 - Binding Draft Purchase Agreement And Its Annex No. 1 (Hereinafter Also Referred To As The Subject Of Performance). The Required Elements Will Be Used To Supplement And Expand The Already Existing Centrally Controlled Infrastructure Of The Clients Computer Network Based On Fortinet Products, Where, Due To The Unified Management, Security Management Of The Entire Network And The Associated Extensive Know-How Of The Administrators, An Alternative Solution Cannot Be Used In The Sense Of § 89, Paragraph 5 Of The Zzvz. The Delivery Of Software And Services (License, Technical Support For The Next Period, Etc.) For Previously Purchased Fortinet Devices And Applications Is Therefore Part Of The Performance. An Integral Part Of The Subject Of The Vz Is Also The Provision Of Free Service Services Within The Warranty Period For The Delivered Subject Of Performance In The Scope And Set By Appendix No. 4 – Binding Draft Of The Purchase Contract. The Performance Also Includes The Provision Of Implementation Services Related To The Supply Of Hw And Sw, Including Mainly The Following Activities: A) Hardware And Software Preparation Of All Delivered Devices, B) Installation Of All Devices Into The Contractors Infrastructure At Its Individual Workplaces, C) Connection And Configuration Of All Devices, Including Migration From Existing Solutions And Connection To Central Management, D) Configuration Of Segmentation Of Internal Networks On All Devices, Including Migration Of Internal Networks To A Segmented Environment, E) Configuration Adjustments Of Network Elements And Services (Ad, Dns, Dhcp, Etc.), F) Installation And Configuration Of Sw Licenses, G) Documentation Processing, H) Operator Training. Fulfillment Will Be Carried Out On The Basis Of Individual Written (Electronic) Requests For Fulfillment Sent By Electronic Mail According To The Detailed Specification In Appendix No. 4 – Binding Draft Of The Purchase Contract. The Contracting Authority Is Not Obliged To Exhaust The Entire Scope Of Performance According To The Set Expected Volume. The Basis For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Public Contract Is Mainly The Following Documents: - Annex No. 1 – Technical Conditions And Requirements - Annex No. 2 – Price Table_Cover Sheet The Contracting Authority Does Not Accept Variants Of Offers.
