The Subject Of The Design And Build Contract Is The Development Of Multi-Discipline Design Documentation And The Implementation Of Construction Works On The Task Titled: Kłodawa River - Strengthening Of Slopes Over A Length Of 4.9 Km; Pruszcz Gdański Commune, Gdańsk Poviat, Pomeranian Voivodeship. The Investment In Question Consists Of Strengthening Works On The Slopes Of The Kłodawa River Over A Length Of Approx. 5.27 Km On The Section At Km 6+685 - 11+957, Excluding The Section Of The A Motorway At Km 9+800-9+900 (The Length Of The Slope Section On Which The Works Will Be Carried Out Differs From The Length Given In The Name Of The Task - The Name Of The Task Could Not Be Changed Because It Was Previously Included In The Strategic Plans). The Implementation Of The Project Is Intended To Improve Flood Protection Of Towns Such As Cieplewo, Łęgowo, Rusocin And Żukczyn In The Pruszcz Gdański Commune. Investment Location: Administratively, The Investment Is Located In The Pomeranian Voivodeship Pruszcz Gdański Commune, Gdańsk Poviat. The Investment Route Starts At Km 6+685 (I.E. Approx. 30 M From The Railway Bridge Located Between The Cieplewo Railway Platform And The Różyny Platform) To Km 11+957, I.E. To The Bridge On Ul. Młyńska In Żukczyn, Excluding The Section Of The A1 Motorway At Km 9+800-9+900. The Primary Goal Of The Planned Investment Is To Increase The Flood Safety Of Adjacent Areas And To Enable The Outflow Of Water From The Network Of Ditches And Drainages While Meeting Environmental Objectives. The Task Is Carried Out As Part Of The Comprehensive Flood Protection Of Żuławy - Stage Iiia Project, Co-Financed By The European Union Under The European Funds For Infrastructure, Climate, Environment Program (Feniks 2021-2027).
