Single-Channel Perfusor-6 Pcs. Flexible Nasopharyngo-Scope-1 Pc. Motor Chair For Ent - 1 Pc. Biphasic Synchronized Defibrillator -1 Pc. Mechanical Hospital Bed With Four Sections - 6 Pcs. Estimated Value Of The Order: The Estimated Value Of This Public Order Is - 30,916.67 € /Euro/ (Thirty Thousand Nine Hundred And Sixteen Euros And Sixty Seven Euro Cents) Excluding Vat Or €37,100.00 /Thirty-Seven Thousand And One Hundred Euros/ Incl. Vat. The Announced Estimated Value Is Also The Maximum Financial Resource Of The Public Procurement. A Participant Who Has Offered A Price Higher Than The Estimated Value Of The Procurement Under The Relevant Separate Position Will Be Removed Based On Article 107 Of The Public Procurement Act. The Term Of The Contract Expires After The Expiration Of The Warranty Period Of The Equipment, The Subject Of The Delivery. The Delivery Deadline Is Proposed By The Participant, But It Should Not Be Longer Than 90 /Ninety/ Calendar Days. This Period Begins To Run From The Date Of Entry Into Force Of The Contract. Warranty Period: The Warranty Period Of The Delivered Equipment Cannot Be Shorter Than 12 /Twelve/ Months, And This Period Begins To Run From The Date Of Installation And Commissioning Of The Delivered Equipment. The Contracting Authority Will Award This Public Procurement By Determining The Most Economically Advantageous Offer Under The Lowest Price Criterion, According To Art. 70, Para. 2, Item 1 Of The Civil Code.
