The Acquisition Is Structured By Lines, Comprising Personal Care And Hygiene Kits And Diapers, Such As Severe Dependency Kit, Adult Diapers, Child Hygiene Kit, Nursing Hygiene Kit, Childrens Diapers And Womens Personal Hygiene Kit, In Accordance With The Minimum Quantities And Characteristics Established In The Technical Specifications. This Acquisition Is Based On The Municipal Need To Have Personal Care Resources That Allow Timely Social Assistance To Be Delivered To Users And Families Who Require Support For The Dignity, Hygiene And Daily Care Of People In Situations Of Dependency, Reduced Mobility, Prostration, Childhood, Breastfeeding Or Other Conditions Of Social Vulnerability, Strengthening The Local Response To Needs Not Covered In A Timely Manner By Other Means.
