The State Office Of Finance (Lff) Is A Central State Authority In The Free State Of Bavaria With Around 2,500 Employees. It Is Based In Würzburg. Service And Processing Centers Have Been Set Up At 13 Locations In Bavaria. The Authority Sees Itself As A Service Provider For The Bavarian State Administration. In Particular, It Is Responsible For Determining, Arranging And Accounting For The Salaries Of Civil Servants, Employees And Pension Recipients Of The Free State Of Bavaria, The Processing Of A Significant Part Of The States Cash Transactions And The Conduct Of Litigation For The Free State Of Bavaria, In Particular Before The Civil Courts. The State Office Is Also An Important It Service Provider For All Departments. For This Purpose, The Specialist Control Centers And The Ict Departments Are Located In Munich And Regensburg. Some Of The Specialist Procedures For The Areas Of Activity Mentioned Are Developed In-House, But Software Is Also Used That Has Been Purchased From External Companies And Has Been Adapted If Necessary. The Procurement Includes A Framework Agreement For The Retrieval Of Bas/Res On The Basis Of Temporary Employment For A Period Of 48 Months With The Option Of An Extension By 12 Months. A Call-Off (Individual Order) Corresponds To A Ba/Re For Usually 18 Months Each. A Total Of Around 18 Calls Are Assumed For The Duration Of The Framework Agreement. This Scope Only Represents The Estimated Quantity; There Is No Minimum Purchase Quantity Associated With It. The Maximum Purchase Quantity Is 22 Calls. The Provision Of Services Under The Framework Agreement Must Begin Two Weeks After The Contract Has Been Awarded. After The Contract Has Been Awarded, Three Bas/Res Are Required Immediately (Corresponds To 3 Calls), Whose Profiles And The Completed List Of Services (Appendix A7.1) Are Already Included
