The State Office Of Finance (Lff) Is A Central State Authority In The Free State Of Bavaria With Around 2,500 Employees. It Is Based In Würzburg. Service And Processing Centers Have Been Set Up At 13 Locations In Bavaria. The Authority Sees Itself As A Service Provider For The Bavarian State Administration. In Particular, It Is Responsible For Determining, Arranging And Accounting For The Salaries Of Civil Servants, Employees And Pension Recipients Of The Free State Of Bavaria, The Processing Of A Significant Part Of The States Cash Transactions And The Conduct Of Litigation For The Free State Of Bavaria, In Particular Before The Civil Courts.
