Nordværks Current Workwear Scheme Expires On 31 August 2027, And That The Previous Decentralized Scheme Has Brought Challenges. These Challenges Include, Among Other Things, Lack Of Central Control Of Reflective Quality, Non-Uniform Washing Standards And A Significant Administrative Burden. With This Tender, Nordværk Wants To Ensure A More Uniform, Secure And Administratively Simple Solution For The Entire Organisation. The Contract Involves The Delivery Of A Combined Rental/Ownership Arrangement With Professional Washing Of The Entire Clothing Range At One Supplier. The Clothing Is Divided Into A Basic Package That Is Rented From The Supplier And Includes Frequently Washed Clothes Such As T-Shirts, Sweatshirts And Trousers, As Well As A Seasonal Package That Is Owned By Nordværk And Includes Less Frequently Washed Clothes Such As Winter Jackets, Shell Jackets, Shorts And Coveralls. The Supplier Undertakes Professional Washing Of Both Packages. For Employees At Some Of Nordværks Recycling Sites, A Separately Adapted Scheme Applies, Where All Clothing Is Owned By Nordværk And The Supplier Undertakes At Least One Professional Wash With Reflex Control Per Year. All Hi-Viz Clothing Must Meet The Requirements Of Ds/En Iso 20471.
