The Subject Of The Measure Is The Construction Of A New Cafeteria For The Johannes Gutenberg School In Bargteheide, Including Additional Usable Space. The Construction Project Serves To Ensure Long-Term Lunch Provision And To Create Additional Functional And Office Space. 1. Project Content And Use: The Plan Is To Build An Independent New Building With A Connection To The Existing Building, Which Includes The Following Use: • Canteen With Dining Area For School Operations, • Auditorium Use Of The Dining Area, • Canteen Kitchen (Heating Kitchen): The Kitchen Equipment Is Already Available In The Existing School And Is To Be Completely Dismantled And Integrated Into The New Building. There Are No Plans To Purchase New Kitchen Technology. • Basement: With Ancillary And Functional Rooms (E.G. Storage, Technology, Possibly Ancillary Areas Of The Cafeteria), • Office Rooms On The 1St Floor And 2Nd Floor For School Or Administrative Use. The Exact Room Layout, Area Allocation And Functional Organization Result From The Existing Draft And Approval Planning (See “Information Documents”). 2. Planning Status: There Is Already Planning For The Project Up To And Including Performance Phase 4 (Approval Planning). The Newly Commissioned Architect Starts Work From Service Phase 5 (Execution Planning). 3. Special Project Requirements: • Integration Of An Existing Cafeteria Kitchen (Warming Kitchen) Including Coordination Of Expansion, Transport, Reinstallation And Adaptation. • Coordination With Ongoing School Operations, Especially With Regard To Logistics And Scheduling. • Economical, Functional And Sustainable Implementation Of The New Building. 4. Aim Of The Measure: The Aim Is The Economic Realization Of A Functional And Sustainable New Cafeteria Building That Meets School Requirements And Ensures Smooth Operation In The Long Term. The Estimated Costs For Cost Groups 200-700 Are €6,259,277 Net. The Estimated Construction Costs Are €2,953,438 Net For Cost Group 300 And €1,364,591 Net For Cost Group 400. The Subject Of The Award Procedure Is Planning Services With The Performance Profile Of Specialist Planning In Accordance With Hoai § 55 Technical Equipment, Alg 1-8, Lph 1-9. The Commissioning Takes Place In Stages. ---------- For This Purpose, Offices That Cover The Above-Mentioned Range Of Services And Have Implemented Comparable Measures In The Past Are Invited To Take Part In The Competition.
