Sea Wall Construction Work – New Coastal Route (Nrl) - Market No. 21: Dike - Revised Perimeter - Firm Phase: Reconfiguration D5 La Possession - Optional Phase: Reconfiguration D3 Grande Chaloupe. The Services Covered By This Contract Are Detailed In A Summary Note Attached As An Appendix To This “Dce Phase Applications”. In Substance, The Main Notable Differences Compared To The Previous Consultation Declared Without Further Action On 06/23/2026 Are As Follows: • The Present Consultation Has Now Moved To A Negotiated Procedure, And No Longer To An Open Call For Tender, • All Of The Maritime Works, Namely The Earthworks At Sea Of The Toe Abutment, As Well As The 0.2-1T Riprap Work For The Anti-Scour Mats Of The D3 And D5 Breakwaters No Longer Appear In The Scope Of This Consultation, And Will Be Carried Out By Another Contract, • All Other Works Remaining Relating To The D5 Dike Are Included Within The Firm Phase Of This Contract, • The Other Works On The D3 Dike, Excluding Maritime Works, Corresponding To The Resumption Of The D3 Dyke Head, On The Grande Chaloupe Side, Are Included Within An Optional Phase. The Works Covered By The Contract Are Described In The Summary Note, And Include In Particular: O The Dismantling Of Existing D5 Dike Elements: Demolition Of Chasse-Mer Walls, Dismantling Of Stiffened Embankments And Associated Spoil, Dismantling Of Shells And Artificial Blocks, Underlays And Rock Fill. O The Construction Of The Lower Dike Of D5 With: Reprofiling Of The Core, Construction Of The Base Embankment, Implementation Of The Sub-Layers And The Armor In Artificial Blocks, Construction Of The Rear Embankment (Piège À Cailloux Side), Construction Of The Anti-Scour Mat Of The Dike, Connection Of The Dikes To The Rn1 O The Complete Construction Of The Upper Dike D5 With: Construction Of The Chasse-Mer Walls (Including The Raise), Construction Of The Stiffened Talus In Gabion On The Mountain Side, Construction Of Contiguous Embankments Behind The Abutments, Construction Of The Road Embankment Up To The Lower Level Of The Subgrade, Construction Of The Lightened Embankment, Deep Drainage, The Gutter At The Foot Of The Stiffened Embankment. It Is Specified That The Maritime Works Necessary To Carry Out The Excavation At The Foot Of The Embankment And The Riprap For The Anti-Scour Mat Of The Dyke In 0.2-1 T Are Carried Out By Another Contract. As Indicated Previously, The Market May Include An Optional Tranche. Its Nature, Consistency And Implementation Methods Will Be Specified In The Consultation Documents Sent To Candidates Admitted To Submitting An Offer. These Optional Services Cover, At This Stage, The Following Services: O The Dismantling Of Existing D3 Dike Elements: Demolition Of Murs Chasse-Mer, Dismantling Of Stiffened Embankments And Associated Excavations, Dismantling Of Artificial Shells And Blocks, Underlays And Rockfill.
