The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of A Solarwinds Observability Self-Hosted Advanced For Enterprise Ae1000 Subscription Along With Manufacturer Support. This Eliminates The Risk Of Shifting Responsibility Between Contractors And Speeds Up The Resolution Of Technical Problems. Moreover, One Contractor Enables The Implementation Of Uniform Security Policies And Simplifies The Management, Reporting And Settlement Of Support Services, Which Translates Into The Optimization Of The Ordering Partys Costs And Resources. In The Ordering Partys Opinion, The Nature Of The Subject Of The Contract Makes It Impossible To Divide The Contract Into Parts - Such A Division Would Fundamentally Threaten The Coherence Of Its Proper Implementation. Refusal To Divide The Contract Into Parts Does Not Deprive Small And Medium-Sized Enterprises Of The Opportunity To Participate In The Proceedings.
