Pallet-Retrieving System – Warehouse Technologies. The Subject Of The Public Order Is The Supply And Implementation Of A Modern Universal Light Signaling System Of The Pick-To-Light / Put-To-Light (P2l) Type, Intended For Efficient, Safe And Error-Free Navigation Of Operators Within The Clients Warehouse And Production Operations. The System Will Be Used For Quick And Accurate Picking And Storage Of Individual Orders, With An Emphasis On A High Degree Of Automation, Elimination Of Human Errors And Full Integration Into The Clients Management Information Systems (Wms/Aps) Environment Through An Open Rest Api Interface. The Required Solution Must Ensure Easy Portability And Unified Assembly Of Modules To Different Types Of Locations, Especially Vertical Storage Towers (Vlm), Static Racks And Mobile Handling Carts. The System Will Include A Control Web Interface For Configuration Management (Position And Color Alias Factors) And Status Monitoring Of Connected Elements, Security Elements According To Applicable Legislation And The Necessary Technical, Installation And Operational Documentation. The Device Must Provide Operational Data In Real Time, Guarantee A Reaction Time Of Up To 250 Ms. The Delivery Includes A Complete Turnkey Hardware And Software Infrastructure (Display Modules, Power And Communication Strips Or Network Elements, Central Gateway/Server), Transport, Physical Assembly, Commissioning Of The Equipment At The Customers Place, Operator Training And Active Technical Cooperation Of The Supplier During The Integration And Testing Of Communication With The Customers Wms/Aps System. All Components Must Be New, Unused, Certified And Designed For Long-Term Industrial Operation With Minimal Maintenance And Cabling Requirements.
