The New Building Is Connected Via A Newly Constructed Heating Circuit Including All Necessary Fittings, Measuring And Safety Devices. The Heating System Is Used Exclusively To Heat The Extension And Is Designed As A Closed Hot Water Heating System In Accordance With Din En 12828. The Heating Water Must Meet The Requirements Of Vdi 2035. The Planning And Execution Is Carried Out In Accordance With The Recognized Rules Of Technology And In Compliance With The Currently Valid Din, En, Vdi And Geg Regulations. ________________________________________ 2. Heat Generation And Hydraulic Integration Heat Is Generated On Site Via The Existing Heating System In The Existing Building. The Extension Will Be Hydraulically Connected To The Existing Heating Network. A Hydraulic Switch Is Installed To Hydraulically Decouple The System Areas. The Heating Circuit Is Supplied Via Electronically Controlled High-Efficiency Pumps With Differential Pressure-Dependent Speed Control. All Pumps Must Be Designed With Thermal Insulation Shells In Accordance With The Building Energy Act And Have A Communication Interface For Integration Into The Building Automation. ________________________________________ 3. Fittings And Safety Devices The Heating System Has All The Fittings Required For Safe And Economical Operation. These Include In Particular: - Shut-Off Valves - Pressure-Independent Control Valves - Balancing Valves - Check Valves - Dirt Traps - Microbubble And Magnetite Separators - Safety Valves - Thermometers - Pressure Gauges - Heat Meters - Filling, Emptying And Venting Devices All Fittings Must Be Permanently Accessible And Permanently Marked In Accordance With Din 2403. ________________________________________ 4. Piping Network The Heat Distribution Network Is Designed As A Two-Pipe System. The Pipelines Consist Of Seamless Steel Pipes According To Din En 10216 And Are Manufactured Using Welded Connections. Pipe Brackets Are Designed With Sound-Insulated Pipe Clamps In Accordance With Din 4109. The Cables Are Routed Within The Technical Rooms And Above The Suspended Ceilings.
